1. Licensing Options
1.1 Free for Non-Profit Use

•  Our beats are available for free to use in non-profit projects only. This includes but is not limited to:


•  Personal listening.


•  Free social media posts (no monetization).


•  Non-commercial demos and mixtapes.


•  Attribution Requirement: When using our beats for non-profit purposes, proper credit must be given on all social media. Example: (Prod. Phantom Vibe)

1.2 Commercial Use

•  To use our beats for profit-generating purposes, such as:


•  Streaming on platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube with monetization).


•  Album sales.


•  Paid performances.


•  You must purchase the appropriate license from our store.

1.3 Unauthorized Commercial Use

•  Using our beats for profit without purchasing a license is strictly prohibited.


•  If unauthorized use is detected, our team will immediately issue Takedown requests across all platforms and will not hesitate to pursue Legal Action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Prohibited Activities

•  Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing our beats without permission.


•  Using our beats in projects that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.


•  Modifying the beats in a way that misrepresents the original producer.

3. Licensing Process
3.1 How to Purchase a License

•  Visit our website and browse the available beats.


•  Select the beat you want to license for commercial use.


•  Choose the appropriate licensing tier (e.g., Exclusive).


•  Complete the checkout process to obtain your license agreement.

4. Licensing Options/Tiers

•  Our beats are available for free to use in non-profit projects only. This includes but is not limited to:


4.1 Basic License - $8

•  File Type: Untagged MP3


•  Stream Limit: Up to 3,000,000 streams across all platforms


•  Music Videos: Covers 1 music video


•  Monetization: Permitted on YouTube

Restrictions:

•  Live performances are not permitted.


•  Beat stems are excluded.


•  Streams exceeding 3,000,000 require an upgraded license.

4.2 Pro License - $32

•  File Types: Untagged MP3 and WAV


•  Stream Limit: Up to 5,000,000 streams across all platforms


•  Music Videos: Covers 5 music video


•  Monetization: Fully permitted, including YouTube monetization


•  Live Performances: Allowed

Restrictions:

•  Live performances are not permitted.


•  Beat stems are excluded.


•  Streams exceeding 5,000,000 require an upgraded license.

4.3 Exclusive License - $100

•  File Types: Untagged MP3, WAV, and stems


•  Stream Limit: Unlimited


•  Music Videos: Unlimited


•  Monetization: Fully permitted across all platforms


•  Live Performances: Allowed


•  Usage Scope: Unlimited commercial and non-commercial use

Additional Terms:

•  Once sold, beats licensed under Exclusive terms are removed from our catalog.


•  Minor modifications to the beat are allowed with proper credit to Phantom Vibe.


•  Unauthorized redistribution is strictly prohibited and subject to Legal Action.

5. Payment Terms

•  Accepted Methods  Payments are securely processed through online platforms like Payoneer or Skrill, We Don't accept payments with PayPal or Stripe as they won't work in Pakistan.


•  Non-Refundable Policy  Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided except in cases of technical errors on our part.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

•  Phantom Vibe retains full ownership and copyright of all beats.


•  Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


•  We actively monitor platforms for unauthorized use and reserve the right to issue Takedown Notices, DMCA Complaints, and pursue Legal Action where necessary.

7. Proper Attribution
•  When using Phantom Vibe beats, credit must be prominently displayed as follows:

•  “Produced by Phantom Vibe” in all applicable contexts, including song titles, descriptions, and credits.


•  Failure to attribute properly may result in revocation of licensing rights and additional penalties.

8. User Obligations
•  By purchasing a license, you agree to:

•  “Use the beats in accordance with the terms of your selected license.


•  Notify Phantom Vibe if your usage exceeds the agreed terms (e.g., exceeding stream limits).


•  Refrain from sublicensing, reselling, or redistributing beats.

9. Enforcement of Terms
•  Phantom Vibe reserves the right to:

•  Issue takedown notices for unlicensed content.


•  Revoke licenses if terms are Violated, with no refund issued.


•  Pursue Legal Action to protect our intellectual property.

10. Compliance and Audit Rights
•  To ensure compliance with these terms, Phantom Vibe reserves the right to:

•  Audit your usage of the licensed beats.


•  Request evidence of proper licensing and attribution.


•  Investigate any potential misuse or unauthorized use of our beats.

•  Non-compliance may result in immediate license Termination and further Legal Action.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

•  Phantom Vibe is not liable for any third-party claims arising from the improper use of our beats.


•  We are not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes stemming from unauthorized use.
